COMMUNITY INCLUSION
Community Inclusion helps people with disabilities build practical life skills that can lead to more independence and can also be an important determinant of health. Community inclusion includes such things as employment, housing, friends and education. It provides a way for people with disabilities to experience life and work alongside non-disabled people. As parents, we can start preparing our children to be involved in the community by working on their social skills.
