Virtual TETONS Teens “Sexual Wellness and Abuse Prevention” (16-18)
March 21 @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm
TETONS is a class mapping the road to relationships, self-determination, and personal safety for individuals with disabilities. UPC and the UDDC created this unique material for self-advocates aged 16 and up.
Part 2 of the TETONS series covers: consent, the human body, sexual feelings, public vs. private behaviors, communication, readiness for physical intimacy, hygiene, doctor appointments, STDs, pregnancy prevention, understanding abuse, and how to report it.
You do not need to complete Part 1, “Healthy Relationships for Safe Outcomes,” to register for Part 2. Our program is a safe, welcoming space where everyone can access accurate information about sexual health.
