Navigating Healthy Relationships for Safe Outcomes (18+)

TETONS (Teaching, Empowering & Training on Navigating Sexuality and Healthy Relationships) is a FREE, in person training with the goal of teaching adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities about healthy relationships. Over the course of eight weeks, we will discuss what defines a relationship and tools for navigating them. Session topics include:

• Communication
• Decision-Making
• Types of Relationships
• Public vs. Private
• Internet and Social Media Safety
• Boundaries and Consent
• Gender Identity and Expression
• Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships

This class will meet on Thursdays, starting March 28th, and will continue until May 16th. Week 8
