Navigating Healthy Relationships for Safe Outcomes for Adults (18+)

TETONS (Teaching, Empowering & Training on Navigating Sexuality and Healthy Relationships) is a FREE, in-person training with the goal of teaching adults (18+) with intellectual and developmental disabilities about healthy relationships. Over the course of eight weeks, we will discuss what defines a relationship and tools for navigating them. Session topics include:

• Communication
• Decision-Making
• Types of Relationships
• Public vs. Private
• Internet and Social Media Safety
• Boundaries and Consent
• Gender Identity and Expression
• Healthy and Unhealthy Relationships

This class will meet on Thursdays, starting January 4th, and will continue until February 22nd. If these dates don’t work for you, we will be hosting another session in March– now available for registration.
