Transition from School to Adult Life

Families of youth and young adults with disabilities have learned many things, but most of admit that they have much more to learn. The transition to adult life can leave parents feeling they are totally lost! This workshop is designed to help parents learn about transition planning and related issues. We will also discuss how to prepare your teen to participate in the transition planning process as well.
