Animated Stories Supporting Teen Mental Health

My Life is Worth Living shares five powerful stories across 20 animated episodes, following relatable teens as they face familiar challenges and learn strategies to cope with their struggles. Along their journeys, they discover that life is worth living, especially with the support of family, friends, or unexpected allies. By sharing their burdens, finding healthy ways to cope, and accepting help, these characters learn to quiet self-critical thoughts and find hope even in tough situations. They come to realize that while life can feel bleak at times, everyone deserves love and support, and no situation is ever truly hopeless. Each episode also includes downloadable lessons with ideas for family engagement to discuss and talk about.
