TU Tuesday: Early Conversations about Graduation: Planning & Beyond

This workshop helps youth and families understand how the Transition IEP supports planning for adulthood, including life after high school, college, training programs, employment opportunities, and daily living skills, helping youth build confidence and prepare for life after graduation.
