Gardening can provide so much more than just fruits and vegetables.  Gardening for some can be therapeutic, as well as provide some great life lessons.  We are all aware of our five senses such as sight, smell, touch, taste and hearing, but did you know there are other sensory experiences that can provide just as much input?  An article taken from the Horticulture Therapy Institute provides ways in which the practice of gardening can stimulate our mind, body and spirit.
