The Choices Workbook is a guide from the Utah Parent Center that helps families plan for their child’s future. It supports thinking about school, adult life, and independence.
2. Who should use it?
Parents, caregivers, and youth with disabilities can all use the workbook. It’s especially helpful for teens getting ready for life after high school.
3. How can it help my family?
It helps you:
- Understand your child’s strengths and needs
- Set goals for the future
- Learn about options for school, work, and living
- Feel more confident making decisions
4. How do we use the workbook?
You can go at your own pace. Use one section at a time, write down ideas, and bring it to meetings like IEPs. You don’t have to complete everything at once.
