TETONS Adults: Healthy Relationships for Safe Outcomes

TETONS ​”Healthy Relationships for Safe Outcomes” includes a free 8-week class​ and individualized 1:1 relationship coaching. We help map a road to relationships, self-determination, and personal safety for individuals with disabilities​. Utah Parent Center, in partnership with Utah Developmental Disabilities Council, has curated this unique material to meet the needs of self-advocates ages 18 and older.

Topics we cover:
Consent, Types of communication, Our Relationships, Public vs. private, Boundaries, Dating 101, Sexual orientation, Gender Expression, Internet Safety, Healthy vs unhealthy relationships, Abuse prevention and reporting.

Classes will be held every Tuesday 10:30-12:30pm 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27, 11/3, 11/10, 11/17. Registration includes a seat in all 8 classes.
