Healthy relationships—whether they are with friends, family, romantic partners, or support staff—are built on respect, trust, communication, and boundaries. As a self-advocate, you have the right to be in relationships that make you feel safe, valued, and heard. You also have the responsibility to treat others with the same care.
This class will help you recognize what makes a relationship healthy, how to speak up for yourself, and where to get help if something doesn’t feel right.
