SUMMARY:TETONS for Teens: Being in a Relationship
DESCRIPTION:Healthy friendships and romantic relationships require communication\, trust\, respect\, and compromise. Learn skills to build relationships that are safe and enjoyable. \nWe offer FREE classes for teens with intellectual and/or developmental disabilties (I/DD)\, each covering key topics in healthy relationships\, personal safety\, communication\, and sexuality. Teens may attend any class\, though we recommend the full series for comprehensive sexual education. Each session builds skills in knowledge\, confiedence\, and self-advocacy.\nDeveloped by the Utah Parent Center with the Utah Developmental Disabilities Council\, TETONS suppors self-advocates ages 13-18
