Transition University: Back to School Series (2 of 3)

Transition U is a three session series for parents and youth on transition topics.  Classes will be August 17, 24, and 31. Register for one and attend all.

WEEK TWO: Participants will explore Daily Living Skills, Community Living Options and Services, and Employment Supports.  Brand new materials and youth activities will be included.
