Transition University: Back to School Series (1 of 3)

Transition U is a three session series for parents and youth on transition topics.  Classes will be August 17, 24, and 31. Register for one and attend all.

WEEK ONE: Attendees will learn the about Disability Rights and Self-Advocacy; Transition in Education, including graduation options, postsecondary education, and the Transition IEP.  Brand new materials and youth activities will be included.
