Transition from High School to Adult Life

Transition is change. It is passage from one stage to another. We each face many changes or transitions in life, but specifically difficult for families experiencing transition from school to post-school services and whatever is next for your son or daughter with disabilities. In this workshop, we will discuss the transition to adult life and what to expect when school services end, and how to best prepare your youth when they are still in High School.
