Transition to Middle School/High School

Presented in partnership with Nebo School District. All are welcome.

The transition from Elementary School is bound to create some anxiety for students and parents, especially for parents of children with disabilities. Join us for an evening where we will discuss what can be done to help ease the transition and prepare your child for success. We will also have a District Level Specialist there to answer any questions about Special Ed. in the Middle School/Jr. High/High School Level
