Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) can be a powerful way for a person to communicate. This training will introduce you to AAC and how your family member, who may need expressive language support, can learn to use AAC in their natural development. You will also learn how you can model language to your family member using AAC, and why modeling is so important to language development.
